I have purchased tata docomo sim on 16/08 as per all formalities (submission of addres proof and identity proof) but after 5 days my outgoing calls deactivated by custmercare dept. when i call them by another phone they said ur identity proof and other documents not recived yet.when i contact to retailer from whom i bought this sim he said he have submitted all documents to representitive of tata docomo.till the date my mobile is not working outgoing calls. My sim no. is 9039162981 .Now what i have to do further. I am living in INDORE (M.P.) city.
