Well i happened to go to reliance super located in mayur vihar phase-1 on sunday 17th may. I picked up a mobile charger by callmate but after coming home realized that the pin was loose, so went back in the evening & got it changed as they have an exchange policy valid for 7 days. To my surprise the new charger was also not working as the length of the pin was less & it was not making contact with the charger of the car. Well kept my patience & went again on monday evening but instead of me being irritated it was the superviser who got upset & told me that i cannot change it agian & again.

I showed him the defect & told him that the other chargers had longer pin & that is why this was not working & told me point blank that he cannot change it again, i said i will require a change if this does not work but he refused & eventually i decided for a credit slip & forgot the charger. The problem is with attitude if their is defect you have to be more than nice to a customer as he is making unnecessary trip to the store but guess he got irritated as he had to get up from the chair. I for sure not going to that store.
