I am Pritpal Singh, a research scholar in Tezpur University (Assam) under the department of CSE.I have applied for UGC scholarship and sent all my necessary documents by Indian Speed Post Service on 25/09 to Delhi. Now when I tracked my document, I got very much confused that this article has not been delivered yet and moving all over India. I have already registered an online complain in Indian Postal Service, but there is no action taken by them. The time is already over to reach this document to their destination due to postal service carelessness.
