I submitted my passport on 31-oct. My file no. B 002356.

Key No.6600235606. But till today I did not get the Passport. I want to know what is the reason for not getting my passport. It has been more than two years of my submitting the application with the required documents duly included. I want to know the status of my application. Please inform me about the case at the earliest.
