Faulty machine and Worst Service

Six months back I purchased a R.O. Machine from a vendor named as Neer R.O. Service. The Machine was never stable. Since installation every now and then it had problems and I used to call the vendor, he has every time fixed the problem. With every problem I asked him to replace the machine but he used to avoid replacement and continue repairing it. Now so much has been repaired and still we have problems. Upon pressurising him for replacement. Committing to reply on next day that man disappeared. He has changed his contact details. The details of the vendor is:
