Late receipt of bills

My Consumer No. is 11398066002 and my residential address is 29, Basudevpur Road, Behala Bakultala, Kolkata 700 061. Every month I am receiving your monthly bills at the last moment, just one day before the payment due date. You will appreciate that such late bill delivery it becomes very difficult to arrange payment and deposit money in time. CESC may not be bothered because it helps CESC to recover the rebate amount also. The subscriber only suffers not only for extra amount he has to pay but also the inconvenience he faces due to last moment rush.

May I request you to look into the matter and ensure that the subscriber receives bill well in time
