Gas leakage

Dear Sir,

I have make a complain to CHATTERJEE HAT GAS SERVICE for GAS Leakage of New Cylinder at my Residant 702/4, sarat chatterjee road, Howrah - 7111 02. This complain was done on 14.11.2008. Same day they have sent their representative and that representative told us that the cylinder is leakage and they will change this within next day. After that they have not change that leakage cylinder. We have tried to contact INDIAN OIL Booking telephone no - 0332661-7185 & 7236 but nobody picking up phone line.

Now i am feeling very much unsecured... Requesting to INDIAN OIL senior Officer to look after this matter and please request to CHATTERJEE HAT GAS SERVICE to change my gas cylinder without any delay.
