Cylinder (Refill) not delivered

Dear sir,

In the above concerned subject, i have to say that i have booked for the CYLINDER on 09th April at HENA ENTERPRISES, Gaya (Bihar). And aslo made several reminder in person. Result is that after passing of 40 days, i have not got the same. Also i have to say that this is a usual problem which we are facing from a long time and thus we got only 5 to 6 cylinder in a year

So kindly consider my matter at provide the cylider at soon.
