Gas refilling not getting in time

We are customer from Siruguppa Bellary Karnataka. Krishna Gas agency.

We are facing lot of problem to book the gas for refilling. Here they kept rules that every booking for refilled gas after 45 days. After booking gas again to get the delivery of gas it takes 10 days. The people who pays Rs. 50 to 100 as a commission, without gas card and without booking, the gas will be delivered within 30 minutes.

Kindly go through this matter and take necessary action.
