It is to bring in your knowledge That M/S Captain gas agency Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad (U.P.) PIN 201009 is not doing fair with the consumer. They book the gas at 21 days and after booking the gas they supply it in next 16-20days, Thus it takes minimum 35-40 days and with all these, the weight of the cylinder is not according to the actual weight of the filled cylinder. It makes customer inconvenient.

Pl see the matter and take necessary action.
