Delay in delivary and vage answers from deale

1. no proper telephonic booking

2. irresponsive staff at dealer show room.

3. dealer responding with vage answers to customers.

4.delivary of lpg cylinder after 35 to 40 days on booking.

5. black marketing of lpg cylinder in pressence of me with an excess 50 rupees to dealer related people.

my submission is please take necessary action on dealer and related officers to overcome all these problems.
