Iam Punit sharma my Connection number is 15616. Iam staying in Dwarka sect-12. I booked my gas connection with " Neel Kanth gas agency", Sagarpur in west Delhi when i moved in Delhi on transfer from Chennai.
There attitude towards customer is most harrasing and never attend a call for service unless one has to call min 3 to 4 day at least 40 to 50 failed calls.
I have booked for cylinder home delivery on 15 Jan 08 and once again on 12 Feb 08. When i personally visited them to know he reason of delay there was a complete chaos and long queue of consumers.
They promished to look into but so far till date they have not supplied the booked gas cylinder. We are facing a acute problem are complelled to buy gas on paying extra money and with less weight.
Concern authority is requested to look in to and do the need full to avoid this regular hassel for consumers.
