Mobile sevices for no 09896659868

Dear sir, my mobile no is 09896659868 and i have purchase this connection Two month before and same time i submit the identity proof to the retailer and he is satisfied and he activated my services same time. After one and half month one message come for id proof req. Same time i gone too retailer and show the message to him.he says to me i have submitted your id to airtel. He says no problem.after two month airtel inactive my number. After that i gone two Airtel Office Kurukshetra near bus stand Kurukshetra. Airtel custumer care executive taken my proof of id and saying with in 72 hours it would be started. But not started. After i Talk to TSM (Mr. Ashish). He says you i donot look this office of airtel where u submitted the id. You have to submit Id proof at voice communication mohannagar kurukshetra. Again i gone there and submit the id 3rd time. But upto now it is not started. I have a balance of INR 200 and validity upto Dec 08, And i am using the monthly internet sevice so for 15 days it is also not working and they have charged 300 INR in the starting of month. But upto now nobody is satisfying. Hundred time i have called to custumer care.everybody is throwing this problem and telling like that you have to call.121 or 123 but no bodyhelping. Please give me the reponse for this complaint after i will do my legal action this is for your kind information,
