Drainage block/over flow problem
We are residing Naransingapuram / 17th Mosque Colony, Maduvankarai, Guindy Chennai - 600032. Over 6 months we are facing Drainage over flow very frequently, whenever we complain to the number 044-24710131 they said they will send the person immediately but they never did, after lot of calls also they didn’t send the person we have to call them at least 3 times in a day to remained but we did not get the proper response.
Because of bad smell and over flow of drainage water we are unable to use the toilet and bathroom. How can we live in this environment?
I Request you to kindly take quick and permanent action to prevent drainage over flow/block.
