Regarding PF Claim

Hello Sir,

This is to explain my concern regarding my PF withdrawal, I was working with Firstsource Solutions ltd Bangalore and I had submitted my PF application beginning March I got a message from Candra PF office on 27th July that my claims amount is approved for payment and its under process but it did not get credited till even after 3 months. The reason Being in the blank check which I had provided had an account No-31376 which is CANARA BANK account of Madikeri main, kodagu branch, Now the actual account no should be 0517101031376 as per functioning of Bank. The funds have not been credited as it was NEFT transaction which needs complete account No... I have sent a copy of my passbook entries to show that payment is not received with a requisition letter to Mumbai office with all details and Complete account No. I have not received any correspondence form them and not able to reach as by phone as nobody picks the call... Its been 9 months since I resigned my Job at firstsource but still struggling to get PF amount... Please help me with this Regards
