Dear sir/madam,

This complaint is regarding the worker at Bell road, HPCL petrol pump (near MS Ramaiya Hospital), banglore. The worker while counting the note will show the exact amount but while giving the balance take back one note.. People are mostly in hurry while fueling their vehicle and they seldom count the money.. Yesturday it was the second time the worker tries to fool me.. Earlier my husband gt cheated out.. but then in later refueling he noticed it and also alerted me to be aware of this kind of froud.. You are requested to take strict action against the workers..
