Misplacing the parcel booked through A1

Hello Sir,

We have booked a parcel to Columbus OH, USA throught A1 couriers, Lakadikapul of Hyderabad. The person who did service is Mr. Mazid and his Mobile number is 097003033292. We did a parcel on June 12th friday and he said its going to reach wiht in 5 Businessdays. When asked for tracking number he has not given for 5 days as I forced him to give now he gave a tracking number 0290899. When I was looking online I saw an complaint launched by an other person with the same tracking number. And he says office is Lakidikapul and when we went there we did not find any office there in that address.

And I think more and see more complaints about him, I am thinking that this person is My. Mazid is cheating so many customers. Please do take an immediate action on him before he goes out of hands and please help us in reaching out parcel safely.
