I Abhishek Katariya applied for learner's driving license on 01.06.09. I was allowed to give test on 01.06.09 without any problem, but on same day I was declared failed in test. On 08.06.09 I went to give the test again but the official refused rudely asking me to bring proof of Date Of Birth, I told him that documents are submitted in my college but he didn't allowed me then I asked why I was allowed to give the test earlier but he said "Ek bar mardiaya to kya bar bar marunga kya". I'm really upset because of the careless officials.
