Non payment of provident fund

I have submited PF Withdrawl form almost a year back after several reminders and follow ups Provident fund officers has given Cheque numbers and date al most a 3 months ago.

Even after 3 months there was no entries been made in account with the said cheques numbers

i am herewith requesting your good selves please find out where my chques are held up and clear the same as early as possible.

I herewith giving the cheque no's for your ready reference.
