Efund not received back and no service provided

I had paid this company called D.S. Infinity Recruitment Pvt. Ltd. an advance of 1500 by cheque for providing maids at my residence. Later they did not sent any maids to my residence and when I asked for the refund they are postponing my demand. Now, their head Gaurav Shrivastava and Roopali are not attending my calls. I have not received the refund from last twoo months where I was promised the refund in 15 days. I have all the communications and receipts against them
