DTC Bus Route
Non service of DTC bus at route No. 611

Hi

I am a resident of Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi. Since few months we are facing big transportation problem from this area. The DTC Route No.611 buses are not available in peak hours, whcih results in great deal of inconvenience for the commuters. The shift inchrage is also not taking any adequate step to divert other non plying route buses in these route. the new low floor busses introduced by DTC is yet to come to mayur vihar 3, these low floors 611 are plying till Trilok puri, would like to bring to your notice & like know that are these busses not allotted to the location? You are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously & do the needful, so as the commutters thrusting upon the DTC operation won't get cheated.
