I had moved from Delhi to Bangalore. Moved my car and other household stuff.
During transportation they completely damaged my car's rear bumper and the caused a dent and scratches in the back door. (Hatchback)
For the damage to the bumper they said that they will only pay half the amount of the damage and refused to acknowledge any damage to the backdoor. They held on the delivery of my household stuff till I cleared the payment for the car.
There were few damages done even to the household stuff (glass item broken)
The unpacking for the household stuff was not done immediately. But was discussed with them that it will be done sometime later.
Few days ago we called their local contact in Blore who after promising that he will send his staff to do the unpacking did not turn up for three days.
After a heated discussion with him he said that he will not send anyone.
Very unprofessional group. Do not deal with them ever.
