Hi i have complaint to lodge against the UTI TECHNOLOGY SERVICES BANGALORE, INDRANAGAR, Its been 2 months approx i haven't recieved my PAN CARD, I went to the branch office the other day they mentioned that my Pan Card has been sent back to navi mumbai branch because the Post Man has stated some lame excuse that the nominee was not present at his place, i want you people to take a strict action against it.
