I purchased a laptop in the name of my son. The company assured me two gifts on purchase. The consignment sent later through the same corrier has been recived by be at Mainpuri UP as per the given address.
The consignment no. Z84754832 (a printer) was booked from Channel Technologies, A-74, Sector -2 Noida UP on 20.01.2009 at DTDC.CO. Noida to be delivered at the following address:

The consignment did not reach Mainpuri and it is delivered at the DTDC Office at Aligarh to some fake customer. It appears that it is a forgery executed by the personels of the corrier company.
The concerned party i.e. Channel Technologies at Noida, has been asked to take appropriate action in this regard because it is the booking party.
But it seemes that they are also not taking any suitable action.
They have also harrassed the customer to a maximum level by not informing the things timely and not sending the meterial in timely.
