Improper service and lose of things

I sent one courier to surat from ahmedabad by dtdc courier service since last one week it is not delivered it there at given address and for any kind of problem we are not informed... on calling to the main office at ahmedabad they are not ready to resolve the problem and not responding to the phone calls... as i sent rakhi in that courier now i have fear that it may not reach there or it will loos its charm of ceremony... but dtdc is providing worst service so please help me in teaching them lesson... and so they stop all such s candles
