I had sent rakhi via DTDC courier service on 17/08 from goregaon station centre..but it was not recieved due to wrong address... but i have also written my number on the envelope..after calling them so many times..they answer the same... we have sent mail you will get an answer... then we check online in few days it shows not delivered ..and now on 1/11 i have checked the details it shows returned to the shipper and i even didint recieved a single call or my courier back... This is written on the site while tracking... they even didnt called or returned the courier... rakhi is a pricious thing for brother and sister..cant they understand and return... i seriously wanna sue them
