Loss of Booklet pages worth Rs.2, 200

I have sent one Booklet through DTDC Marathahalli Branch, Bangalore-37 to my native place Trivandrum, Kerala-11. in the name of my Father, Mr. K.Krishnankutty Nair on 21/11. It reached to my Father on 23/11. The envelope when he got was almost in celotaped form. When he opened, he has seen that the top almost 75% portions of the booklet is missing. The booklet, I sent was actually Sodexhopass Coupon worth Rs 2500 and what my Father got is only the last few portions of the coupon worth Rs.300. I checked it up here and the DTDC Courier Marathahalli Branch Manager told me that normally there are lots of branches, parcels will go before going to Trivandrum and it might have missed somewhere and hence he cannot trace it out.
