This is to address the Management for the incompetence of the staff handling and processing the request of the liability letter. Last Monday 14 of July we have requested a Liability letter in Sharjah Branch and they told us in 2-3 days it will be done. But up to now - 21st of July the papers are not yet done because what they have made is different account.
Please advised us or even expedite the process for we need it urgently because it is almost 1 week now.
