The above courier was sent by consigner Mr.sagar jadhav on 03/06 from your worli branch.
The above courier was returned to worli office because my door was locked. After doing inquiry to Mr. SUNDER (BRANCH MANAGER WORLI) i came to know that my courier envelop was teared at your point and inside goods (ear phone) is lost.
I requested Mr. sunder more than three time to inquire about my ear phone he did not give me proper response and ignore the matter.
I hope this matter will take care of some responsible person in the company and help me to get my ear phone back and also avoide further legal proceedings.
I have informed to Mr. sunderam (Area manager) five days before but still there is no response him
