Stray dogs

In B-Block East of Kailash there are so many stray dogs that at least 5-6 dogs cover one street. It becomes impossible to move in the streets at odd hours. These dogs are hungry dogs and have become very verocious and bark at all the moving persons/cars and two wheelers. They have bitten one person driving a motor cycle. Children are scared to move in the streets alone. It is requested by all the concerned residents of B-Block East of Kailash to remove these stray dogs from B-Block, East Of kailash, New Delhi - 110065
