Deactivation of STD

I have taken a postpaid connection of idea in the mid of july. My mobile number is 9911663879. Bill payment was done on 29th of july at idea cellular communication outlet at Katwaria sarai for my postpaid connection. Despite continuos request to idea customer care (no-12345), STD dialing service was abruptly deactivated for two times in a gap of 48 hours in a week. Though continous requests have been made to 12345, there was no response against my communication Id 54350880 (registered by idea customer care).

TORTURING AND MENTALLY HARASSING service was provided by Idea customer care.

This is a sheer exploitation of the customer's belief.
