I am shaik from hyderabad I was just started selling on ebay its good & much profitable website for selling any item, so I have sold many mobiles and in that items I have sold a mobile phone sony Ericson K800I @ rs 4301.& I have receive the payment through account deposit from buyer of Maharashtra on website Item number: 170514407082 . Frequently how I did shipping I have did with DTDC courier service with expensive service. But after mobile phone delivered buyer claims on ebay that he received an stone at the place of mobile phone. I have did police complain also but courier office showed POD (proof of delivery) to officer on it buyer signature proofs available as item received so police complain also closed. I have inquire by calling to buyer but he told me its waste to complain through mobile phone IMEI number because any mobile phone repairer can change it he just need refund amount. I have showed the website claim adjuster namely ASHISH the courier receipt but still they approved claim on buyer hence buyer received his money and mobile phone also.
Now ebay india need rs 4301 in 15days otherwise they will take legal action on me I kindly request to Icomplaint to see the matter website ebay india giving 100% buyer protection 0% seller protection. It’s completely wrong they are just protecting buyers making loss to sellers. If you need any more documents I have it even I have the mobile phone IMEI number also. Please solve this issue I hope Icomplaint helps me a lot like he did to others.
