I have not got my money back for the product I sold on Ebay

* I sold my Sony vaio laptop on Ebay for 35, 000 INR for which Buyer confirmed the receipt of item on July 18th.

* As per Ebay rules & regulations, once item receipt is confirmed; Ebay is supposed to remit our money on the scheduled billing cycle i.e every Monday & Thursday.

*I have not received my money till date and the reason given was to complete KYC verification. I have already submitted my passport copy as ID proof and BSNL telephone bill as address proff to support KYC verification. And these were the proper requested documents from them.

*When i have been continuosly contacting them they just say we need more time or come back saying documents are not valid and not giving any reason for invalidity of the documents.

*I have saved all their emails of communications.

*The seller is at the mercy of Ebay s response even after seller has satisfied all requirements.

* Ebay customer support dont respond to our emails until we remind them either by calling or by email. When we call, they put us on hold and then disconnect.
