This is with reference to eBay Guarantee Claim ID : 701.I ve bought an item from an eBay seller, and later on when I found the item defective I contacted eBay Customer Care. They told me to return the item to the seller and asked me whether I opt for a replacement or a refund. I opted refund. This is to inform you that I ve lodged the complaint against the seller near about 2 months back, But till now I ve not received any refund. I ve contacted eBay Customer Care numerous times, But every time I call them, they only use to tell me that my Claim is under investigation. I m just feeling helpless with this kind of things. My item ID is 260579817292.I want my money back as soon as possible.
