Not getting my amount which had been taken from atm

I m having a account of ounjab national bank my acc no is 2414001500008009 i had made a transaction of 4000 rs in year 13/07/07 but till now i did not get my cash after complaaing so many time in my lucknow branch and as well as in my callcenter... and today 18/07/08 i lost my atm car i was in need to block my card but some of call center people had jus make me misguide... and one of atm switch employe communicate with me in a abousing language... that no is-01123710021... please if any body see dis problem then please take a serious action towords PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK...
