My mother is a cancer patient and my father has brain ham rage (He always for got many things up to his home address). We have operated the cancer tumor in private hospital. Before operation we have made ECHS card. Now the time of Chemotherapy. It is the costlier affair. we have plane to proceed through ECHS. When i reach the ECHS Amritsar and Ludhiana with my father the Behavior of the ECHS staff and the officer except doctor was not tolerable by common man. They are treating my father and mother as baggers. we have floated between ludhiana Jalandhar and Amritsar many time.
