Name not found in Voter list

Our all other family members name are in the Voter List of Bhubaneswar-113, IRC Village Primary School, Booth No.86, at Sl. No. 737, 738 & 739. But my mother' "Smt. Rebati Debi Pansari"'s voter ID card No. is OR/09/050/142341, whose name is not found in the polling centre. In which booth and where her name shifed and why?

Kindly inform?

Further, I request, that Her name may kindly be kept in the above Voter List at above Area polling Centre.
