They close my account after take money from me 1200 rs

i registered myself in ecom bpo adposting company

they have charged me for the registration (1200$)

and now they close my account and telling me that we will refund my money 1200 back to me

after that they did"nt response me after that

tell me ki mujhe kya karna chahiye
