Changing there flat price when ever they wnat

Hi,

I have booked one flat at Eden elegant complex of Mainak construction company. During booking they have fixed one price but they are saying they will provide AC community hall (which was included in prospectus) and my flat area is increased as well as price. Which is I think not legal.

Please suggest what shall I do now?

Can I take legal action on them?
