I had enrolled for Dot Net classes at Educare-ITES in Kuvempunagar, Mysore, Karnataka. I had paid Rs.8000 for a fast track course which was supposed to be completed in one month. It is more than one month since I joined the course and they have not completed even 50% of the syllabus. I have time constraint and hence I enquired well before joining and enrolled myself only when they assured that i would be finishing the course on time. Now, they are not even providing the service, and also not ready to refund atleast half of the fees I paid. The Manager by named Rachana is not willing to refund my money back and also not giving the study materials as well. Please take action against her accordingly and help me to get my money back.
