Educational loan-Indian bank
Delay in giving educational loan

Respected Sir/Madam,

We had applied for an educational loan in the Indian Bank for my son. But there is no proper response from the bank authorities so far. It has been two months since we had requested the bank and all the necessary papers and documents have been submitted. But the officers are lethargic and don't take this seriously. With whom should i lodge a complain to take further severe action.
