Complint against the branch manager of mandya

Dear sir,

As i am joined pharmacy in sharda villas college mysore. I am a poor student. My native is B.M.kopplu, chinakuralli hobli, Pandavapura. There is no branch of S.B.I in pandavapura so i came to mandya branch to ask the detail of education loan along with the online registration form but they didint give any information.my online registration information as fallow
