ADSL line is erratic

I am facing with the same problem as many of the MTNL broadband users are facing and that is an unstable ADSL line. Regular complaints have produced no result till now. If any of the top brass at MTNL is reading or hearing about this type of complain, do something, you are not paid to rest your back of the seat. Tune your staff who even don't bother to listen the complain, they just pick and drop the reciver. If the same service remains, MTNL ka nam dastano me bhi nahi milega. Hello r u getting it.
