On the subject it is to be informed that i have been informed by MCS ltd that Eicher Motors 's & Eicher ltd qty 260 shares which were in the name under signed have been submitted for transfer by some one else while undersigned sent for the issuance of new scripts and requirement of new scripts come to the knowledge when deposited with karvy for demat. It was a matter of grate surprise how they have been sent to MCS ltd when new script were not received yet. In the matter MCS ltd asked for FIR regarding loss of shares while a information regarding non receipt of shares given through informatics petition from court was sent but they did not accept the same, therefore, you are requested to help in the matter.
another matter of Godrej Consumers, undersigned holding 800 and sent for Demat for more than 5 times after completing requirement as asked by the co and last dispatch was done 3rd nov but karvy informed again that Shares sent back with rejection. It seems that intensely they are returning with objection you also requested to look into the matter and guide for the solution.
