PF not yet transferred

Dear Sir,

I was working with 3M India Ltd in the year Nov 04 to Nov 05. Now I am working with E.I.DuPont India Pvt Ltd.

I have been trying to transfer my PF from old company to current company from past three years but till date I am not able to do it.

I have furnished with all the details

Kishore Kotekar - DuPont PF no. - DL/19833/159.

Transfer in from - 3M PF no. KN/BN/14342/1485
