ELA Gas Agency
Non delivery

My consumer number is 6529. I had booked a cylinder refill by calling up Ela Gas agency, Kasna, Greater Noida. My first call was made on Feb 12th with booking number 53 and I was told that it would be delivered on March 3rd. However it was not delivered and subsequently I called them up again on March 6th and was shocked when I was told that no earlier booking was made at all! So a fresh booking was taken and booking number 3182 was given. This was to be delivered in two days, however it was not delivered at all! I have made a third booking now which was taken under emergency... but the cylinder has not yet come.

Please look into to this ASAP.
