Myself Mohan Kumar. R from Mysore, I requested for Internet banking password in ICICI Phone banking & the complaint no is SR74235257. & the password was been dispatched in Elbee Courier with the Airway Bill No: 282819504 & the courier was dispatched on 29/7. On Sat 2/8 i called the Elbee Courier Customer care of for the status of delivery there the executive told that the parcel was returned to ICICI bank on 02/08 without any notice neither they called the Person who was the owner of that parcel. So because of that hell courier service i was not able to transfer the amount to my colegue in Saudi & the bussiness deal was canclled.
So need a compansation on the same...
