We all know that ELBEE is supposed to be a good courier. But if you go by my expirence its the worst of the lot. There are bunch of liars sitting in their office doing nothing but talking lies and lies. This is my expirence
Zoomin shipped one order Elbee-313358091 to Asansol on 3rd Jan. It reached Asansol in West Bangal on 10th. There order tracking system as of today shows http://www.elbee.in/track-num.asp? awb=313358091&dtype=PU. The bunch of liars consist of Christopher, Jigesh, Sharda and Shanti. Every time I call up they say it will be done today. Then when I start literally howling at them they deliver it.
The first lie was was due to transport strike this was delayed. I thought they use Air and have their own transport to carry consignment. When they get caught on this lie their second lie
I ask the customer support for their manager. The customer support name is Sharda. First she says he is in a meeting. Then within seconds she says he has gone for lunch and after much pressing the Manager which is in the team liar Mr. Christopher arrives. He had completed his meeting and lunch is split second. Amazing performance. After hearing another set lies which has typical answer that we are looking into it and so on I ask for their senior manager. In comes Shanti and she also started telling another set of lies. Her lies was that the car which was carrying the shipment broke down near Durgapur so the delay. I think they use Ferrari car so no mechanic was availble for 3 days. When I asked for her direct number she saus she doesn't have any and then she calls me up for the consignment 15 min later for another number and says this her direct number. When At last it got delivered.
I did complain to Zoomin about this and they said they are looking into this.
Now another set of lies are being cooked. Zoomin again has used this atrocious service to send another consignment Elbee-313506583 . As of today the update in their so called on line tracking system shows http://www.elbee.in/track-num.asp? awb=313506583&dtype=PU. I called up yesterday and the guy whose name I forgot told me that it will be delivered yesterday it self. As usual nothing happened. I called up this morning and on the phone came Christopher and told me he is looking into and it and will get back to me by 12. I called up at 2 and again talked to Christopher. He told me he is yet to contact the Asansol person. I think they communicate with pegions or telegrams. This is as of 21st. After telling various stories and lies that deliver it today at 6 PM one week after the consignment is shipped out.
Zoomin should look into this and make sure cancel Elbee contract
