I had to receive a parcel which was delivered from Mumbai on 1st October and reached Bangalore on 5th October. On 6th October when I was tracking the Parcel on Elbee website, to my surprise I found that they had mentioned that the door is closed/Locked status whereas since I have given my office adress which remains open 24hours a day for all 365days in a year, I could make out that the courier delivery fellow has not visited the specified adress itself. Also after finding there contact nos. for customer service, I foundout that either the number is switched off or it doesnot exist. On 9th October I visited the adress which they have specied on net for Domlur & Marathalli and further to my surprise I found that There is no office of Elbee Couriers at the adress which they have mentioned. How these fellows are operating there business I donot understand. Such companies should be blacklisted for creating so much harrshment for the customer even after taking so much money for there services. Till 10th October I have not received the Parcel and now I doubt whether I will be receiving the same or not. To my opinion INDIAN POSTAL SERVICE is best as it gurantees the delivery, may be a bit late but atleast you get it.
