Voter id cards not issued

I stay in indraprastha colony, Post-G.S.I.in 2007 december i submitted my and my wife application forms to obtain voter id cards.but after one year alsol i hasn't got any kind of information regarding that.when can expect my voter id card and even if it needed i am ready to submit application once again
